Steve earned his degree in Accounting from Kent State
University and has been in the pension field since 1977. In 1988 he joined
a pension firm headquartered in Flint, MI and served as its President. In
1995, Steve and his partner Marylis Wozniacki bought the company and along with
many other enhancements, renamed it Creative Benefit Strategies.

Marylis A. Wozniacki, QPFC, QPA, QKA -- Vice
President
Marylis earned her degree in Business Management and Accounting from Oakland
University and has been in the pension field since 1984. In 1989 she joined
a pension firm headquartered in Flint, MI and served as the Manager of the pension administration
department. In 1995, Marylis and her partner Steve Persons bought the
company and along with many other enhancements, renamed it Creative Benefit Strategies.
